R2 is best for anyone with natural hair between medium brown and black. For other red shades in our Ultra Color range, check out R3 Light Intense Auburn (Red Hibiscus) and RA1 Deep Intense Auburn (Red Autumn).

For those who currently have color-treated hair, there are special considerations for the color result you can achieve. Because of this, we do not recommend R2 for hair that has been colored medium brown or darker. Results will be intense on bleached or highlighted hair.
