This sulfate-free Hair Filler + Vitamin Cg Conditioner is formulated with vitamin Cg, citric acid, and repair care complex. This system fills weak, damaged hair with strength 7 layers deep for inner fiber repair, outer visible transformation. Use this conditioner as step 3 in the 4-step system to condition the hair.
